We know that you have a busy schedule and that conflict and emergencies can come up. Our time together is important. We will do everything we can to accommodate your schedule. Please help us provide better service for you and our other clients by honoring our cancellation policy. Unless there is an emergency, it is requested that you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance or pay the missed appointment fee in full, as that time has been set aside specifically for you. If cancel within 24 hours 50% of the session will be charged. If is a NO CALL/NO- Show, FULL price of the session will be charge. If you cancel within 72 hours 3x in a row, or on a frequent basis, based on therapists decision, you risk being terminated as a client from this business. We recognize that both therapist and clients are vulnerable to infections and therefore ask clients to cancel appointments when they are feeling unwell. You will not be charged for your session. 50% DEPOSIT is required. We accept Master Card, Visa, Cash, or Checks. Tips are optional. The greatest gift you can give us is the gift of a referral.
